The Spectrum at Val Vista Pool Remodel
Pool remodeling, repair and tile work planned for The Spectrum at Val Vista backyards.
The Spectrum at Val Vista is a Gilbert community with homes built from 2003 onward, including single-family houses as well as townhomes and condos.
Single-family backyards here often have free-form pools from the mid-2000s, sometimes with a raised spa. Many are reaching the age where tile, finish and equipment all need attention around the same time.
The Town of Gilbert's pool barrier policy, which quotes its Land Development Code, calls for an enclosure not less than 5 feet nor more than 6 feet in height. Gates have to be self-closing and self-latching, and openings can't let a 4-inch sphere pass through. The Town says it's each pool owner's responsibility to provide and maintain a compliant pool fence, so we check yours while we're on site.
Finish, tile and spa updates together.
Brightening stained but solid plaster.
Spa heaters back to reliable operation.
Yes. Doing both during one drain keeps the finish and tile consistent.
Often the finish and waterline tile, with equipment close behind. We assess all three so you can plan the order.
